![]() Also, it seems that the only option left is to reset password through security questions but this email I still use before I lost access was created 10 years ago. The system won't give me the option to send this temporary password via text message to my new phone. I have read every article out there and reset my password multiple times but the system keeps sending my temporary password to the same email I can't access which is the same one I want to retrieve. Recently, I created a new att.net email with a brand new id but even with that, I cant access my att app. The on going issue is that this email id is linked to my att app and also my direct tv account renderimg me unable to access my different profiles. I recently updated my phones and forgot my password and find myself in must need to reset it. I have been trying close to 2 weeks to desperately retrieve my att.net email account.
